Online registration is now open, offering a chance to compete for cash prizes totaling SAR110,000 (US$30,000).

Set amidst the captivating and visually stunning landscape of historic AlUla, the race route will lead participants through scenic landscapes and majestic canyons, presenting an awe-inspiring backdrop to this test of endurance. However, be ready to face soaring temperatures of up to 42°C (107°F).
With distances spanning 5km, 10km, 21km, and 42km, men and women of all fitness levels will vie for the honor of conquering this extraordinary challenge. Participants will strive to become among the first individuals worldwide to triumph over this demanding new course that will push their physical capabilities to the brink.

The AlUla Desert Blaze joins an exhilarating lineup of sports events that make the most of the city’s awe-inspiring and unparalleled landscape, which features stunning sandstone cliffs, lush oases, and fertile farmlands. From the AlUla Camel Cup to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Endurance Cup and the prestigious Saudi Tour, AlUla has taken the lead in sustainable sports and adventure offerings, paving the way for an extraordinary future of unparalleled experiences.
More About AlUla Desert Blaze: The races will be held on asphalt/tarred roads or compact gravel/sand roads, with no trails, scrambling, or mountaineering involved. The average temperature during the race period is anticipated to range between 35°C and 42°C, complemented by a slight breeze.
Runners’ safety is paramount, and comprehensive medical services and amenities will be provided. This includes ambulances with roaming and stationed paramedics, nurses, and physiotherapists, along with aid stations every 5km equipped with water, ice buckets, hydration drinks, gels, fruits, and snacks.
