The event featured the global unveiling of the electric vehicle (EV) E8, along with the introduction of the all-new Preface and Emgrand Methanol, marking a leap into advanced EV technology and sustainable mobility solutions.
The E8, revealed for the first time outside China, showcases Geely’s dedication to sustainable mobility. Boasting a 665 km range, a dual motor capable of 0 to 100 km/h in 3.49 seconds, and an 800V fast charging system, the E8 combines high performance with eco-friendly features. The luxurious interior with a 45-inch 8K display exemplifies the fusion of comfort and the use of the latest technology.
The incredible Preface sets new standards in its segment with a 2800mm wheelbase, 13.2-inch central display, 12 Infinity Speakers, and a powerful 2.0TD 7DCT engine, presenting both luxury and high performance.
Geely, at the Riyadh Motor Show also introduced the company’s new identity, “See the World in Full,” representing an exciting new direction for the company. Additionally, the Emgrand Methanol Hybrid made its debut outside China, showcasing eco-friendly technology and aligning with Geely’s vision for responsible and thorough automotive solutions.
Geely Wallan also signed two significant Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) during the event. The first partnership with Yelo, a leading car rental company in Saudi Arabia, focuses on supplying Geely’s Geometry C electric vehicles to Yelo’s fleet. The second, MOU with Theeb is another crucial partnership for Geely Wallan, focusing on its dedication to growth and backing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 for sustainable development.
