The ‘Balad Beast’ music festival concluded its outstanding concerts in the historic Balad neighborhood of central Jeddah, transforming the area into a dynamic global center for art and music. Over 70 top artists, spanning local, Arab, and international music stars, took the stage in a diverse showcase.

The festival not only featured live performances but also incorporated light video projections, illuminating buildings and trees throughout the historic district, creating a captivating spectacle with over 2 million lumens of brightness.

On the final evening at the main stage, “Bab Square,” representing the historic gates of old Jeddah, witnessed an interesting lineup of international performances. Artists like the British-Lebanese rapper “Laughta,” Saudi DJ “Nooriyah,” Egyptian band Cairokee, American pop singer Bebe Rexha, hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan, and French rapper DJ Snake highlighted the global diversity of the event.

The “Omda” stage, representing the neighborhood’s wise leader, featured Saudi-Canadian artist “DJ Viva,” captivating the audience with soul-stirring hits. The duo “DJ Dish Dash” seamlessly blended Western and Arabic music, while Swedish DJ “La Fleur” added a creative touch with an array of dance music tunes.

Inspired by the unique style of Balad windows, the “Roshan” stage presented a diverse lineup, including young Saudi DJ “thirty3ree,” Zeina, Nigerian DJ “Abbas,” Visar Ensemble, and the dynamic duo “Among Trees” (Andrey Pushkarev and Eli Verveine), showcasing captivating sets of deep and techno music.

At the vibrant “Souq” stage, symbolizing a space beyond commerce that unites the people of Balad, the atmosphere was charged with the sounds of Saudi DJ “Solskin” and electronic talent “Varoo,” alongside Argentine DJ GUTTI, bringing the evening to a remarkable close with a diverse mix of dance, pop, hip-hop, and rap tunes.
