With the summer at its peak, many parts of Saudi Arabia are testing the 50 °C barrier mark. A video uploaded by SH67AT on YouTube shows a desert lizard, the uromastyx, which is commonly referred to as ‘dabh’ in Arabic, feeling the soaring temperatures the Kingdom is witnessing.
The video shows the lizard passing hurriedly over the hot desert sand towards the shade and as soon as it reaches the shade it just collapses. The video has gone so viral that it has accumulated over 3.5 million views in just 3 days.
