Jeddah Zumba fitness pink party was held Oct. 14 and was part of many events held by 10KSA, a holistic health awareness initiative focused on breast cancer awareness. The fitness event was sold out and it featured four professional Zumba instructors: Nour Jabri, 10KSA Ambassador and cancer survivor, Christine Mallouk, Nouf Khayyat and Hanaa Shabban.

The importance of early detection of breast cancer message reached over 350 women in a massive pink-themed hall with pink ribbons representing breast cancer awareness support. All proceeds were donated to Zahra Breast Cancer Association.

Local female entrepreneurs who sponsored the event and made it happen included Dr. Modia Batarji of AlBidayah Breastfeeding Resource and Women’s Awareness Center, Dina Arif of Doodle for a Cause, photographer Reem Alrifaie, Yasmin Haji of Let’s Poze, along with CSR programs of Pepsico and Uptown966.
