Materials:

• Clear balloo

• Small metal/plastic cone (you can use a wide icing tip)

• Wooden toothpick

• Confetti

• Cut up fortunes (download ours, or feel free to make up your own!)

Steps:

1- Get your confetti ready! We got ours out of a huge popper, but you can buy them from your local craft store or make your own by cutting up some tissue paper.

2- Cut up your fortunes, and fold them up.

3- Place the cone at the opening of your balloon, and use a toothpick to push the confetti in. Place the fortune in as well.

4- Blow up the balloon.

5- Give it to someone; watch them pop it and read their fortune! (Also film it in slow motion. Tag us and share it everywhere. And we mean everyone.)
