What are the benefits of yoga?
There are many physical, emotional, and mental benefits of yoga. Practicing yoga regularly helps in gaining strength, flexibility and increases physical and mental awareness.

How can we get rid of mind, body and soul blockages?
Our emotions are energy and have a profound effect on our physical state as well. Anger, grief, jealousy and greed are emotions that get stuck in the body. First you need to first be aware and acknowledge these feelings and then you try bringing your mind to a better state by thinking good thoughts.

What can you say about the types of Yoga Practices?
Hatha Yoga is where all other yoga forms such as Ashtanga and Iyengar have emerged. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Its practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation. As for Gym Yoga, it is more of a workout; it doesn’t give you much of a holistic connection.

Is there a number limit for people in a yoga session? How long should it be?
The size of a class depends on the objective of that session. In case of general fitness yoga session like in a gym for example, it can go up to 30 students depending on the size of the studio. In case of prenatal yoga and yoga therapy, it is recommended to have smaller groups or even one-on-one sessions.
