RAKxa Integrative Wellness and Dr. Deepak Chopra celebrated their first international success with the Life & Soul Longevity Retreat at RAKxa’s Bangkok property in March.
The retreat, lasting five nights, and taking place in Bangkok, Thailand, attracted a large and diverse group including business executives, celebrities, and media figures, earning global attention for bringing together ancient wisdom with modern science. The retreat also happened to mark the debut of Kate Moss’s COSMOSS incense sticks, known as ‘Sacred Mist’ and her collaboration with the Chopra Foundation.
The retreat offered many things related to a journey towards better health. From providing and combining spiritual meditation techniques with personalized wellness plans to additional wellness plans, they were all presented by RAKxa and Dr. Chopra. Visitors and guests also had the chance to experience guided meditations, pranayama, and longevity discussions led by well known doctors Anu Singh and Manu Jaggi, who connected Ayurveda with medical science.
RAKxa’s personalized approach used detailed assessments to understand participants’ health, including inflammation, hormones, immunity, gut health, and metabolism. They offered a range of therapies like Ayurvedic massage, acupuncture, and antioxidant infusions.
With the much awaited debut of the ‘Sacred Mist’ incense sticks, Kate Moss proudly presented and spoke about her COSMOSS Love Letters, which included up to 150 affirmations focusing on the power of mediation. With a focus on enhancing mental health and well-being through the NeverAlone.Love platform, Dr. Deepak Chopra and Kate Moss revealed specifics about their collaboration between COSMOSS and the Chopra Foundation, and how the initiative, led by the Foundation, aims to unite individuals and organizations globally to nurture a new perspective on mental and emotional wellness.
Both Dr. Deepak Chopra and Kate Moss, had shared their own remarks, where Dr. Deepak Chopra mentioned the integration of modern medical techniques with ancient healing methods, providing a comprehensive approach to well-being and longevity. This holistic perspective includes scientific assessments and practical strategies to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual health, empowering individuals to manage their wellness effectively.
Kate Moss expressed gratitude for collaborating with COSMOSS and the Chopra Foundation, aiming to contribute to achieving goals for a healthier and more sustainable world. “When I started to take care of myself, things began to change”, she mentioned.
In addition, Wsinee Sukjaroenkraisri Executive Vice President of Strategy and Programmes at RAKxa Integrative Wellness, praised the partnership’s success where it showcases the integration of innovative ideas and values embodied by RAKxa’s wellness philosophy, enhancing participants’ experiences positively. Moreover, an Australian woman who was a participant at the retreat, shared her experience on how the retreat transformed her health and mindset, emphasizing its life-changing impact and newfound priority of looking after her health and well-being with much more care. “This unforgettable journey has inspired me to prioritize my health and well-being in ways I had never imagined,” she said.
After the positive outcome of their initial partnership, RAKxa and Dr. Deepak Chopra are exploring plans to jointly organize more retreats at RAKxa’s global venues in Aspen and Tuscany.
