Extinguishing the fire of anger before it grows.
Summer is here and for some of us, it is not the most pleasant time of the year. With school breaks, the children are at home full-time, and the heat doesn’t do us any favors. It can be quite difficult to stay in control, especially when others can be quite inconsiderate and unreasonable at times.
Anger is like fire; if not extinguished can lead to regrettable behavior and words that cannot be unspoken.
