Studio55 is awesome and so is Fatima Batook, we asked her for 5 reasons why she loves spinning and this is what she told us:
  • It’s more than a stationary bike, it’s a connection between the mind and body that mentally takes me to places I’ve never thought of before.
  • It’s my number one medication for stress relief.
  • I completely disconnect the moment I’m on the bike, where mentally and physically I am in a complete focus zone.
  • It is an awesome workout to either recover from a long week of workouts or start off the week with a challenging ride climbing hills by monitoring my heart rate and my fitness level performance.
  • Spinning burns up to 800 calories an hour!
