A run down of Jeddah’s best hot dogs.
1- 19TH CENTURY
Century Hot Dog
It’s grilled, crunchy and is served on a freshly baked bun, with toppings like Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and white onion. It is sealed off with the special century sauce. It has just the right amount of toppings. Only fresh, simple, high-quality ingredients are used and the hot dog is simply outstanding.

2- FUDDRUCKERS
Jumbo Chili Cheese Hot Dog
It’s a beef hot dog topped with chili cheese sauce. The bakery hot dog buns are standard, and there is nothing particularly remarkable about them. On the other hand, the toppings are simple and delicious. All in all, I’ve had better.

3- SHAKE SHACK
Shack-Cago Hot Dog
Greasy but tasty, this Chicago style hot dog is one of the best in my opinion. The many toppings include relish, onions, pickles, tomatoes and mustard. It should come as no surprise that Shake Shack serves great hot dogs, given that they started off as a humble hot dog cart in the United States.

4- HOT WAVES
Hot Waves Hot Dog
Simple but flavorful, this hot dog is topped with cheese, mustard and chopped raw onion; not too many ingredients but they work together well. The beef hot dog is thoroughly grilled, making the outer layer crunchy, which makes it even better and the sesame seed covered buns are soft and spongy. It had a pleasing homemade taste to it.
