Rosewood Jeddah Hotel's Turkish Food Festival

If you’ve ever been to Turkey – which is safe to assume, given the droves of Saudis flocking to Istanbul every summer – you understand the rave reviews spewed by travellers. The breathtaking scenery, friendly faces and stunning architecture have landed the bicontinental country an honorary spot on the tourist map. Yet, the reality is, when most people think of Turkey, they think of the delectable food.

It seems like Rosewood Jeddah is on the same page! The award-winning hotel, a local favorite for great food paired with a stellar view of the Red Sea and Corniche, has announced the second launch of its Turkish Food Festival.

Scheduled to take place from the 26th of January to the 8th of February in the all-day dining restaurant Habsburg, the two-week festival promises its diners a mouthwatering variety of hot and cold mezze, as well as vegetarian fare and juicy meat dishes courtesy of Chef Okan Aydemir of Turkey. Live cooking stations, Turkish-style ice-cream (dondurma) performances, and a Sultan (yes, you read that right) gracing his throne all await those in attendance.
