Wagamama, leading international pan-asian restaurant, will continue its global expansion this month with the opening of a new 119-seat restaurant in Al Faisalia Mall PL floor (plaza level floor), Olaya Street in Riyadh. This will be Wagamama’s second location in Saudi Arabia following the success of the first restaurant in Jeddah.

Riyadh residents and visitors will be able to enjoy new and classic dishes from Wagamama’s Japanese inspired menu, including their famed ramen – bowls of fragrant soup filled with noodles plus meat or vegetables. Spice fans can enjoy the much-loved prawn firecracker, and the tofu chili salad offers a fresh and crunchy treat. The menu also boasts favorites such as the chicken katsu curry: succulent chicken breast fried in golden panko breadcrumbs, served with the famous katsu curry sauce, rice and salad. Those after a light bite can enjoy small plates such as chicken gyozas or edamame beans shaken with chilli and salt, alongside an extensive choice of fresh juices which are freshly pressed, pulped and poured to order, desserts as well as a selection of hot and cold beverages.

Wagamama is a big favorite with children worldwide and so there’s also a range of dishes for mini appetites in mind. All dishes are prepared in an open kitchen at the heart of the restaurant and are served as soon as they are ready, a long-established practice of Wagamama.

Wagamama began its story back in 1992, opening its first restaurant in London’s Bloomsbury. Since then, this popular dining experience has been proudly bringing its delicious Japanese inspired menu and message to over 168 eateries across 20 countries with 127 restaurants in the untries with 127 restaurants in the UK alone. Already a much-loved favorite in the UK, Wagamama is now excited to open its newest restaurant in Riyadh.
