The Prince Sultan Fund for Women Development is a non-profit organization that was established in the Eastern Province. Their focus is to empower women to be able to contribute to the development of the country both economically and socially. They do this, by offering financial support and through introducing women to networking and educational opportunities.
One workshop that is particularly beneficial to passionate dedicated entrepreneurs is their Startup Workshop. This is a five-day workshop, in which they concentrate on a specific aspect when developing an idea. The areas they concentrate on are: developing the idea, operations, marketing, finance and legal. They also provide support to assist the attendees to further develop their business plan or concept. Women who are eager to start their own business, but do not know where to start, should sign up for this workshop. This workshop is done on a regular basis.
