Considering that most of the countries on this list don’t make it to the news that often, chances are that you have read about some of these countries somewhere but when you read it aloud you pronounce them wrong (just like I do).

I mean like why they couldn’t have just spelt the country the way it is to be pronounced. Life would have been so much easier.

What makes things worse is when one of us visits these countries and when asked about where did we go, we end up pronouncing it in a way that makes sense to nobody (not the people of the country nor the person asking us the question).
