Juffali Automotive Company (JACO), the Exclusive Distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Saudi Arabia, celebrated the grand opening of its largest facility, the Mercedes-Benz “Centre of Tomorrow,”  located in Riyadh on the Northern Ring Road, Alghadir District, near KAFD. The event took place in January 2024.

Spanning over 21,000 square meters, the center aims to enhance the customer experience with its exclusive showrooms, and a variety of advanced technologies and facilities, each contributing to their after-sales services.

Carefully designed to showcase unique features, the two-floor showroom offers a spacious environment for customers to explore over 30 vehicles on display. It integrates the latest technologies, allowing visitors to gather detailed information, make comparisons based on color, interior, and exterior materials, and choose the perfect model that suits their preferences.

Mr. Basim Wali, Director of Marketing and Development at JACO, highlighted the significance of this center, focusing on its alignment with Mercedes-Benz’s global standards and Vision 2030. The facility, responding to the increasing demand for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, accommodates the growing population and expansion of Riyadh.

The main showroom, comprising two floors and a parking basement, includes four vehicle delivery areas with electric vehicle charging stations. The upper floor is exclusively dedicated to luxury vehicles like Mercedes-Maybach and G-Class, along with a section for Mercedes-AMG vehicles. VIP customers enjoy a more exclusive purchasing experience in a specially designated space.

Addressing the commitment od their strategies to exceptional after-sales service, the maintenance center covers an area of 2700 square meters, capable of servicing over 30 vehicles all at once. This strategic expansion clearly showcases JACO’s dedication to provide the best possible experience for Mercedes-Benz users in Saudi Arabia.
