Expanding upon its acclaimed culinary repertoire, Il Baretto, Award-winning best Italian restaurant in Riyadh, is delighted to unveil brand-new Seasonal Dishes developed by the restaurant’s celebrated Head Chef Alex Simone.

Naturally limited edition by the availability of the fresh, seasonal Italian ingredients that it showcases, the menu delivers a mouth-watering new perspective on Il Baretto’s acclaimed Italian dining experience.

Featuring nine delicious, simple and authentic specialty dishes curated by Chef Alex, the menu pays homage to beloved culinary traditions that are unique to Italy during the cooler months of the year.

Starting out on a delicate, light note, the menu features two salads, the Baby Spinach and Goat Cheese Salad, with green beans, baby spinach, pears, and roasted cashews with seared goat cheese, and the Cocktail Prawn Salad alongside two fresh new seafood creations, the zesty Red Sicilian Prawns Tartare and decadent Beluga Caviar.

Primi Piatti options include Ravioli Burrata, homemade ravioli filled with Burrata and served with wild mushroom sauce; Risotto Ai Frutti Di Mare E Limone, with saffron, prawns, squid, clams, seabass, and lemon; Risotto Ai Porcini, featuring cep mushroom and aged parmesan and Bigloli Cacio e Pepe; thick spaghetti with creamy pecorino cheese and spicy black pepper sauce. For the meat aficionados, the menu features the Filetto Al Pepe Verde, a juicy beef tenderloin cooked to perfection and served with mildly spiced green pepper sauce.
