A merry summer morning in Riyadh calls for surprises, and that too mighty good ones. You see, summers make us grumpy, but when there’s good food, what can possibly go wrong?

On a regular monotonous Monday, we sat expecting the catering food truck’s tootling, and sooner, we head out and there in all its glory, the food truck which was adorned with the essence of Arabia stands smugly. Needless to say, our faces lit up!

The aroma of sizzling burgers inside, the tint of the crispy beetroot chips, and the melody of Arabian traditional music had caught our senses immediately. We tell you, these are one of those trucks that you’d love to check out.

You know those burger patties that are meaty and succulent, that is exactly what you get from Gourmet Catering food trucks. They grill the burger patty right in front of you, sprinkle the secret ingredients and voila, you have it!

They made it a point to serve the food hot on elegant trays and ensured that our comfort zones were met.

Their Potato Affair.  

Unlike the good old French fries, Gourmet Catering astonished us with a twist. These are the ultimate rounded crispy potato chips that are fried on-site and topped with a dash of Italian herbs; predominantly thyme. This makes the essence of the chips and its flavor unrivaled.

The Enchanting Milk Cake

Now here’s the thing, and there is no fluff about it. Their Milk Cakes are heavenly! If there is one thing that we would push you to try, then it is this milk cake that is creamy, succulent, sweet, and delicious.

Although they do make it all on-the-spot, their services are pretty quick and the food is fresh from the grill. Their food truck is all about bringing home to you, rather than you going to them.
