Nutella is one of the greatest inventions mankind has ever experienced and it continues to be the most delicious straight out of the jar snack even today.
But who knew there were ways to make the Nutella experience even better?! Here are some super easy recipes that you need to try this weekend!
1. The Classic Nutella Dip
Let’s finish off with the most obvious – Nutella as a dip! Strawberries and bananas are two fruits which never disappoint. Use kiwi for a tangier taste and pineapples if you’re into that sort of thing!
Take fresh fleshy strawberries and generously dip them in a bowl of Nutella. Freeze for 10-15 minutes before serving. You could also make a slit down the tip of the strawberry and push it apart a little bit to stuff it with creamy peanut butter before dipping!
2. Nutella Holes
Make a donut batter using your favorite recipe. It’s essential to test fry because if the heat is too high they will not cook properly in the middle. Once the donut holes are cool enough to touch make a small slit and fill the hole with Nutella using a pastry/icing bag. Or just dip them in Nutella and enjoy!
3. Nutella Hot Chocolate
This super delicious and creamy hot chocolate will cure your need for a sweet hot drink. All you have to do is melt two tablespoons of Nutella in 1/3 cup of milk in a saucepan, then the rest of the cup of milk. Stir regularly until your hot chocolate comes to a boil. Pour into a cup and top with mini marshmallows and a dash of cinnamon! Enjoy!
4. Nutella Samosa/Ravioli
This is probably the best item on the list! Take a large spring roll sheet. Cut it into four equal square parts. Put a tablespoon of Nutella in the middle of each and overlap the sides to make a triangle. To seal the simple samosa use egg whites at the borders and press so they get ‘glued’ together. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot! The best thing about this recipe is the consistency of the Nutella remains the same.
