Food Allergy or Food Intolerance: Know Better to Choose Better

We all have a mental list of foods that we shy away from.

Whether it’s because we’re on some form of diet or simply because those foods make us feel unpleasant, even though we may crave them sometimes, we make an active choice to keep our intake to the minimum.


Our reactions to these foods could be apparent, like skin rashes or inflamed and swollen limbs or less apparent ones like head aches or digestive problems. Some people seem to eat whatever they like, whenever they like, while some of us have to keep a watchful eye on ingredients or quantity or even methods of cooking. It remains important to be educated about these things.
