The Haramain High Speed Rail project promises to decrease travel times drastically boosting speeds of over 300 km per hour.

Stretching a length of 463 km the railways will connect the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah with Jeddah, KAEC and the King Abdul Aziz International Airport.

This video shows a trial run of the Talgo rolling stock, which as per the video is its first ever one.
