Disney+, one of the largest, over-the-top streaming services today and available in 60 countries across Europe, The Middle East and Africa, are offering their loyal fans a chance to enjoy seeing some of their favorite books on screen.
The well known streaming service has taken it upon themselves to put forward an amazing range of book titles to be adapted into live action movies. Book-lovers be prepared! The latest addition to the on screen adaptations is, Cheryl Strayed’s ‘Tiny Beautiful Things’ which unravels a story about a woman and how her life helps her gain enlightening perspective for an advice column.

Tiny Beautiful Things
From Cheryl Strayed’s best selling collection, ‘Tiny Beautiful Things’ talks about a character named Clare who has a lot going on her plate. With her marriage life on its last sliver of hope, her daughter barely talking to her and her writing career hitting rock bottom, Clare takes advice from her friend to take over an advice column and tries to figure out whether it was a good or bad decision to make.
Will Trent
The Will Trent series, a New York Times Best-Seller, written by Karin Slaughter depicts the interesting life of a Special Agent, Will Trent of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI). Being abandoned at birth and having gone through a difficult upbringing in one of Atlanta’s overwhelming Foster care systems, the agent has taken it upon himself to make sure that no one is abandoned as he was, having the highest clearance rate in the GBI.
Under The Banner of Heaven
Inspired by Jon Krakauer’s true crime best seller, Under The Banner of Heaven takes a look into the events that led to the murder of Brenda Wright Lafferty and her baby in the outskirts of the Salt Lake Valley, Utah, in the year 1984.
