Cool Inc will be introducing its latest eatery, Crustacean, to Jeddah’s Yacht Club on May 2, 2024. This new addition to the Asian dining scene combines traditional Vietnamese flavors with modern flair, curated by Chef Helene An.


 

Known as the “Mother of Fusion,” Crustacean promises a chic and one-of-a-kind dining experience for its patrons, including celebrities who have quickly embraced this stylish culinary hotspot.

Venturing into international markets, The House of An introduces its renowned Modern Asian Cuisine to Jeddah, maintaining the essence of its Beverly Hills, California counterpart. Established by Grandmother Diana An in 1971, the House of An now includes daughter-in-law Helene An and five daughters, along with a granddaughter, all playing vital roles in the family’s culinary legacy. With a well known establishment like Crustacean Beverly Hills since 1997, the House of An stands as a showcase of culinary arts of four generations of remarkable Vietnamese women, leading the industry with their restaurants and catering ventures.

 

House of An proudly extends its family recipes to the Middle East with the addition of Crustacean to Cool Inc’s growing restaurant lineup, enhancing Saudi Arabia’s hospitality. Featuring Vietnamese-inspired dishes, Crustacean’s menu includes grilled Vietnamese Satay, seared Tuna Tiato with Black Truffle Poke sauce, spicy Steamed Shrimp and Lobster Dumplings, and the famous AN’s Garlic Noodles™. Opening soon along the Red Sea shoreline, Crustacean offers a diverse seafood selection like Steamed Truffle Sea Bream and Whole Roasted Maine Lobster, along with Mongolian Lamb and Himalayan Salt Block Steak. With a blend of Vietnamese, Chinese, and French flavors, the menu includes revamped and vegan options reflecting Chef Helene An’s culinary style. In honor of House of An’s heritage, Crustacean operates with two kitchens, ensuring the preservation of Chef An’s prized recipes in a Secret Kitchen within the main one.

Inside, a signature Koi pond creates a unique ambience, giving guests a feeling of walking on water.
