We had the joy of visiting The Waterfront Kitchen and taking a culinary trip around the world through their international buffet; complete with port-stops at specialty stations and spreads that left us full and more importantly quite satisfied.
The exceptional team of award-winning chefs craft menus packed with a wide variety of dishes that delight, like their hearty bowls and juicery, along with interactive cooking stations to truly personalize each plate to your palate. We particularly enjoyed mixing and matching our favorite cuisines through the stations. Whether it’s sushi with a side of mixed grill picks or Indian Food dipped in some creamy Italian goodness; the options are endless.
It’s always 6 am somewhere and this rings true at the Waterfront Kitchen; of the unique elements of their dining experience is the breakfast spread with favorites that include freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, fruits, cold cuts, and cooked-to-order Eggs Benedict.
In addition, depending on what day of the week you visit, you can experience six different cooking stations, whether it’s their Arabic grills, wood-fired pizzas, or a specialized Asian counter with a fusion of flavors; how can we forget their dessert bar that is packed with heavenly sweets and much more.
Take in the glistening Red Sea and dine with a view or take a table next to the live cooking stations to be closer to the action.
