Around 2008, I started to notice how much my friends and family members trusted my fashion sense. With the influence of fashion and beauty bloggers, I was sort of tipped into the direction of joining the gig, but since no one had done it in the area, I thought that I would definitely fail. I genuinely believed that – up until this one night where I couldn’t sleep, and kept thinking about what I wanted the most – I obviously wanted to share my knowledge with a bigger audience. I knew that the right clothes played a role in my life, and I knew for a fact, that I could help change other girls’ lives. So, I decided to give it a go, I mean why not, right? I had nothing to lose, so I’ll try it out for 3 months, and if it takes off then that’s great, and if I fail, then it’s okay.
