AL Gharbia’s Debut in North Jeddah with Roshan Project

The Al Gharbia Development and Investment Company, which is Tatweer’s development branch in the Western Region, is marking the debut, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, of its project in Jeddah, also known as the Bride of the Red Sea.


 

The “Roshan” project stands out as a bold and innovative urban and business development initiative. It was launched in the company of real estate developers, entrepreneurs, and investors. Located in the northern part of Jeddah, the “Roshan” project will feature a mix of residential and commercial structures built to exceptional design and engineering standards.

The project will cover roughly 1 million square meters and will be situated near various urban development schemes, hotels, homes, businesses, and government establishments.

 

Mohamed Habes, the CEO of AL Gharbia Development and Investment Company, shared the joy of the company’s Board of Directors and his own excitement about starting this project. It marks a great beginning for the company, reflecting its high standards in construction and real estate development. The focus is on creating a complete community environment that ensures customers enjoy a balanced and harmonious quality of life.

 

The CEO emphasized that the project aligns with the company’s goals to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, aiming to enhance living standards, boost real estate projects, and play a key role in fostering a lively community and a strong economy. Additionally, the CEO mentioned that the project will feature green areas, including a central park spanning 29,000 square meters, providing a healthy and enjoyable environment for residents.

 

He detailed that Roshan comprises 20 commercial areas and 614 residential areas, along with infrastructure setups ensuring convenience and high living standards. These include essential services like electricity, water, sewage, and communication networks. The project also features 7 public parks, 7 schools, 7 mosques, a health center, and a central park with recreational and biking facilities.
