Zuma Riyadh
Founded in 2002 by Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney, Zuma is a network of Japanese eateries that follows the Izakaya style. After working in Tokyo for six years and immersing himself in Japanese cuisine and culture, Becker conceived the concept for the first Zuma restaurant, which opened in London’s Knightsbridge neighborhood. The main kitchen, sushi counter, and robata grill are the three kitchens in the restaurant.
Since then, Zuma has grown internationally, with 14 permanent stores and eight temporary sites in different cities across the globe.
Including Japan, you can enjoy Zuma’s delicious and diverse menu in London, Italy, Spain, and the UAE among others.
