On November 2, 2024, YUDASHKIN Creative Director Gala Yudashkin presented Valentin Yudashkin Haute Couture 2025 in Dubai.
YUDASHKIN has prepared not just a fashion show, but a completely new format – a symbiosis of fashion, high technology and audiovisual art, using video mapping.
For the first time, an immersive fashion show will be presented, created based on watercolor paintings that served as the inspiration for the collection.
Gala Yudashkin dedicates her new collection to the great city of St. Petersburg, through the prism of Olga Kabaeva’s watercolor works, focusing on the geometric graphics of ice floes on the Neva River, multi-colored shining ice and the mysterious St. Petersburg sky.
Haute Couture 2025 conveys the frosty winter atmosphere of the city using rich emotional colors: deep ultramarine, indigo, sparkling turquoise and warm nude shades.
The HC25 collection was created using unique YUDASHKIN signature techniques: complex cuts, draperies, multi-textured fabrics and handmade decor: applique techniques, embroidery with color transitions and natural feathers. The fabrics of the new season are both exquisite and daring including velvet, satin, gazar, organza, silk chiffon, tulle and lamé.
Watercolor paintings, which are the basis of the collection’s prints, are complemented by embroidered accents of crystal beads, glass beads and sequins.
Particular attention in the collection is paid to unique accessories. The accentuating elements are earrings and rings, made specifically for this collection in the glass workshop for each image of the collection with the main idea behind it being to freeze fragments of paintings in glass.
YUDASHKIN created its Haute Couture 25 Collection, combining art, fashion and high technology to preserve the timeless beauty of the grand city of art.
