Akhom Consulting and Finolhu Baa Atoll, a luxury resort in the Maldives owned and operated by the German hotel company Seaside Collection, announce their partnership effective from July 2022.

Akhom Consulting will lead the Sales & Marketing representation of Finolhu Baa Atoll, Maldives in the Middle East luxury hospitality market, more strongly in the GCC countries.

First opened in 2016, Finolhu means “sandbank” in the Maldivian language, takes its name from the renowned long white powdery beaches of the Baa Atoll. Baa Atoll is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, being home to 1200 types of reef species.  Combined of 4 islands, Baa Atoll provides a barefoot chic paradise to sunseeking travelers.

Thanks to its vibrant, modern chic design, luxury villas, and high-quality service, Finolhu Baa Atoll Maldives found its crowd and become one of the finest resorts in the Maldives shortly after the resort completed a major transformation project in 2020.  It has become the first luxury resort in the Maldives to be a member of Design Hotels portfolio, the globally-recognised resource for curated design-led hotels.
