Abdulrahman Alashban’s dream of becoming the next CEO began while he was studying abroad, he has a passion for cooking, “I adored losing myself in the rituals of chopping, stirring, and tasting.” After his long journey, Alashban ended his full-time job to begin a new career. Now he is the founder and CEO of STREAT, located in the Eastern Province, Al Khobar.
“Yes, I know that’s hard. It’s a lot of work, and that’s life” he said. Besides, look on the bright side: You get to do what you want, and you get to do it your way. There’s just one catch. You’ve got to start somewhere. Ideas and opportunities don’t just materialize out of thin air.
Alashban believes that the most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire, his passion for the food and beverage Industry induced him to change careers, “IT’S IN THE BLOOD”. Service in this industry requires a passionate soul to be able to excel and receive satisfaction from customers and, as a result, he aims to meet and hopefully exceed expectations.
Alashban, has been working in the industry for over 5 years in both individual and corporate foodservice, for several major industry chains. He has been involved in new brands and rebranding.
After building his business from scratch while pioneering the building of a brand and hiring and training employees He is driven by the three “I” s: Intellect, Innovation, and Integrity all while working in a fun and healthy environment.
