Saudi Arabia has launched the Boulevard Business Park project in Riyadh’s Boulevard City, a key part of its urban revitalization plan. Announced by Turki Al Al-Shikh, chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, this $266 million initiative (SAR 1 billion) represents the first phase of a major redevelopment strategy for the Boulevard District.
The Boulevard Business Park will feature nine office buildings, over 1,300 parking spaces, and a range of top-tier amenities. The development will enhance urban pathways, increase green spaces, and improve connectivity with neighboring areas like the Sports Boulevard. It will also ensure better access to main roads and public transport for both visitors and employees.
Rakan Al-Harthy, Managing Director of Sela Sports Co., emphasized the company’s dedication to the project, collaborating with partners including the REQ Real Estate Fund, French Capital, and Hayy Development Co.
