The exciting collaboration will take place from Thursday, September 26 to Friday, September 27, and will feature an exclusive signature set menu. Priced at SAR380, you will be tucking into nigiri”aburi”, pickled date and spinach salad, Japanese barley jareesh hotpot, za’atar roasted cauliflower for starters. Your mains will include baked potato with Saudi truffle and The Saudi-spiced Najel fish.
End your meal on a symphony of sweet notes with cardamom camel milk gelato and miso crème brûlée with pistachio ice cream.
