- 1/2 boiled/canned beetroot, shredded
- 1 yogurt container
- 1 tsp thini
- 1 squeezed lime or lemon
- Bread of your choice
- Smoked Turkey
To make the sauce, mix the yogurt, tahini, lemon, and shredded beetroot together. Apply the sauce on the bread first, place the smoked turkey above it, then goes the lettuce, and then top with even more of the beetroot sauce, and you’re ready to close it up!
