This sophisticated yet energized concept has been designed with the precise needs of the cosmopolitan Saudi market in mind to bring a unique, world-class addition to the Kingdom’s ever-evolving dining scene. As the first brand to be both developed and owned by Modern Food Company, it is expected that Myazu will quickly establish itself as a lifestyle-led hospitality leader, with additional venues planned for 2021. 
The inspiration for Myazu is drawn from the idea of ‘The Land of Plenty’, where East meets West, with a vision to offer diners a spectacular culinary journey that is reflective of the abundant harmony of nature and a profusion of lush flavors. This commitment is evident in Myazu’s philosophy, which revolves around exquisite attention to detail, from the selection of the finest ingredients to the highly trained team and personalized intuitive service. The mood at Myazu is generous and vibrant, enhanced with perfectly curated music and impressive design for stimulating yet relaxed dining experiences. 
Immediately upon entry diners will be drawn into the world of Myazu, quickly absorbed into a beautiful, bustling space full of life, and seeped in stories from Japan. The rich blue and gold color scheme yields a plethora of chic details that enhance a feeling of subtle glamour. The venue features both restaurant and lounge seating, with an animated open kitchen area housing a robata grill and sushi counter with wrap-around counter seating. 
A compelling feature of the restaurant is Myazu Arts, the entertainment hub of the venue, that houses the cocktail bar, DJ counter and acts as an intimate VIP area for high profile guests and private gatherings. Diners in Myazu Arts will also be able to choose from a selection of special dishes, unique to space, as well as enjoy an exuberant selection of theatrical signature cocktails. 
Myazu’s menu is full of stand-out dishes that are set to become future classics, prepared using traditional Japanese techniques, and executed with a contemporary twist and a hint of international influences.
The menu benefits from the artistic guidance from concept chef Ian Pengelley, who leads the team of talented chefs, and who’s globally recognized creative touch elevates each dish to a new level. As well as its artistic merits, each plate has been carefully crafted to appeal to the discerning palate of the well-traveled Saudi audience with the aim to create a culinary destination of choice!
