Chef ALEXSANDER, who has been changing the culinary at restaurants and resorts around Asia for over 10 years. Having conceived, designed, and cooked in five-star kitchens in multiple countries, such as Malaysia, Maldives, Taiwan, Indonesia, India and now in Saudi Arabia. Chef Alexander specializes in Asian cuisine.
Having earned his degree from National Taiwan University and pursued further knowledge in the culinary arts at Chung Hua University in Leisure Recreation Management, followed by a degree in baking technology from Ta Hwa University, which have led him to further experience in the high-end culinary field.
Needless to say, Chef Alexander’s resume is well packed with well earned achievements and accomplishments for which he had earned a handful of renowned fine dining and culinary awards, such as; Times Hospitality Icon Award for Best Premium Fine Dining, Multiple Gold Medals (with Distinction) from the World Master Chefs Association for Cantonese Cuisine, Favorite restaurant in a hotel award from T2 Telegraph in India and the list goes on with awards from various highly-esteemed associations and entities.
