Its a foodie affair.
The Saudi capital has been taken over by the enticing aroma of international food once more.
The King Abdullah Financial District is hosting a brand-new food festival.
In association with the all-day dining restaurant Together and Co, Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh is welcoming people from all over the city to the colorful KAFD Food Carnival.
The international food festival is serving around eleven cuisines for you to dig into, along with family-friendly activities. There are even people walking on stilts in fun costumes.
With the temperatures decreasing, the need to hang out in open-air spaces is increasing, and the KAFD Food Carnival is an ideal spot to spend your weekend. Here is everything you need to know about the delicious celebration.
KAFD Food Carnival 2024
The sprawling KAFD is always lighting up. Whether it is for Noor Riyadh or the fireworks behind the PIF Tower for Saudi National Day, the district is one of the most happening spots in the city.
Now, the restaurant-dotted space is hosting a food carnival. The event features booths from multiple countries where you can watch your orders of street food being cooked live (the potential for cute social media stories is endless).
KAFD Food Festival location
The name kind of gives the location away but in order to tuck into heaped plates of hot food, you need to park it at the Hilton Garden Inn inside the district.
KAFD Food Festival dates and times
The foodie fun will go on daily until Saturday, November 2 from 6pm to 11pm.
KAFD Food Festival tickets
No tickets are required to enter the festival.
KAFD Food Festival cuisines

Need to tire out the little ones? The festival has a kids’ area with clowns and fun games for them to check out.
Riyadh food
The capital is home to some of the coolest restaurants and cafés in the Kingdom, like Café Kitsuné and Akira Back, both of which opened this past month. Want another food festival? The European Food Festival is back for a second time in the capital. We did say it was a foodie affair.
