Football fans, grab your cleats, The Italian Super Cup is dribbling into the Kingdom once again.
Coming back in 2025 for the latest edition of Riyadh Season, the tournament will feature four Italian football clubs going head to head.
The January event will bring top teams to the capital for the fourth time.
So brush off your cheers and chants, here is everything to know about the 38th edition of the event.
Italian Super Cup Riyadh Season 2025
The finest of Italian club football compete in the annual Super Cup, commonly known as Supercoppa Italia. Since the games’ founding in 1988, there have been minor format changes, but the fundamental idea—the thrill of winning the cup—has remained constant.
The Italian Super Cup pits the Italian League and Supercoppa Italia champions and runners-up against one another in a succession of knockout games, with the victors competing against one another in the championship round.

The location of the super cup has not been revealed yet but if previous games are anything to go by, it will be held at Al Nassr’s home-ground- Al Awwal Park stadium.

The tournament will kick off from Thursday, January 2 and will run until Monday, January 6.

The largest winter festival in the Kingdom is gearing up for a loud and proud return on Saturday, October 12. The opening night will feature the bopping tunes of Missy Elliot, Busta Rhymes, and Ciara. There is also the IV Crown Showdown which will see Beterbiev take on Bivol for the undisputed Light Heavy Weight Champion of the world.
