The OSN+ premiere of House of the Dragon Season 2 has shown remarkable results, with the series achieving an impressive average reach of 40% across the streaming platform’s active subscriber base in just one week.
Season 2, which premiered on 17 June, has attracted a 175% increase in new subscribers to the platform compared to the first season launch in 2022. OSN+ has also seen unprecedented engagement, with 50% of new users opting for the Premium Plan, the newly launched subscription package providing users with a heightened entertainment experience through the inclusion of 4K UHD and Dolby Atmos.
On launch day, OSN+ ranked as the Number 1 Entertainment app in Saudi Arabia and was among the Top 10 free apps on iOS in the region. Additionally, the platform experienced a 210% surge in app downloads across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Overall, OSN+ has recorded an 11% growth in subscribers since the season’s launch.

OSN+ also reported 109-million-page impressions.
The second season of House of the Dragon continues to capture the hearts of viewers with weekly episodes premiering every Monday, reinforcing OSN+’s position as the exclusive home for HBO content in the MENA region.
