HORECA Riyadh returns in its 13th edition from November 25 to 27, 2024, at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC), in partnership with Culinary Arts Commission (CAC).
As the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s premier annual hospitality event, HORECA continues to serve as the benchmark platform for the hospitality, food, and beverage industries. This year’s edition welcomes back Guest of Honor Guillaume Gomez, personal representative of the President of the French Republic for food and gastronomy, for the second consecutive year.
Jad Taktak, CEO of Semark, the organizing company, expressed his enthusiasm for this year’s event, stating, “We are so excited to launch the largest HORECA Riyadh ever, with a 20% increase in space compared to last year. Held concurrently with the top chocolate show in the world, ‘Salon Du Chocolat,’ HORECA Riyadh will be the main destination for top hospitality players in KSA and the region. We expect 50,000 visitors to meet more than 400 exhibitors over the course of three days, also enjoying some of the most prestigious competitions in all sorts of culinary arts, barista, and mixology. This year also features the official ‘Saudi Elite Chef Competition,’ which will be held in HORECA and SDC under the Culinary Arts Commission’s supervision.”
Adding to the excitement, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Patisserie returns for its innovative second edition at the same venue, concurrently with HORECA Riyadh. This event capitalizes on the overwhelming success and feedback from its inaugural event last year, promising an even more immersive experience for chocolate and pastry enthusiasts. Salon du Chocolat et de la Patisserie is a unique platform where professional chocolate tasters, chocolatiers, producers, and pastry chefs unite to share their passion and spotlight the latest trends in the industry.

HORECA Riyadh 2024 will cover 29,000 sqm and host over 400 exhibitors representing 20,000 international and local brands from 48 countries, including 8 international pavilions. The event will welcome more than 20 special guest chefs, baristas, and mixologists, along with 3,000 VIP guests. Participants will enjoy six competitions and masterclasses, with more than 50 participants in daily competitions, featuring events like the Hospitality Salon Culinaire, the Barista Competition, and the Mocktail Competition.
