Our Picks from the Best Seafood Restaurants in Sharqiya.
Modern and lush interior that goes hand in hand with remarkable hospitality and fantastic food. We’re especially keen on the restaurant’s seafood display where customers can choose any fish and the way they like it cooked, be it grilled, deep fried, pan broiled or fried. Definitely try the herbal seafood sizzling platter and the mother of dragon maki.
Location: Prince Faisal bin Fahd Rd., Khobar
A cozy warm set-up and very welcoming staff. This fixture of the Sharqiya seafood scene has incredible dishes. We suggest the tom yum soup to start, followed by the cheesy baked crab dish and any mix of their seafood specialties, including lobster, prawns and any of their grilled fish.
Location: Prince Turki St., Khobar
Unbeatable in luxury service and presentation. Aside from the majestic service and quality presentation, good ol’ Sanbok did not let us down in taste as well. Our recommendations from the starters would be the crab tart and the avocado prawns. We loved the baked Italian seabass dish and the classic lobster thermidor. Oh, and for dessert you should try the chocolate candle tiramisu for an unbeatable feast for your eyes and stomach.
Location: Conriche Rd., Khobar
We loved the outdoor setup around the pool. The salmon salad with avocado and white cheese is something you have to try from the buffet. From the main dishes we liked the biryani and the sayyadiya.
Location: Sheraton Hotel, Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Rd., Dammam
Al Sayyad Al Bahry
We adore the traditional style mixed with retro pop art theme that adds up to a truly authentic experience. For appetizers, we felt like we were on a roller coaster of flavors as we tried the waraq enab maza (grape leaves) topped with pomegranate sauce and nuts, followed by the tabbouleh al nakhl with cabbage. We also recommend you try the mutabak kanad from the main dishes and the grilled hamour.
Location: Abu Hurairah St., Dammam
