When we have too many things to do, too little time and no energy, stress is natural. In today’s world, we cannot reduce our needs, what we have to do is increase our energy level. Energy level increases when we change our habits.

What are Chakras and what do they do? Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, Ayurveda is a term that refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. To visualize a chakra in the body, imagine a swirling wheel of energy where matter and consciousness meet.

Awareness to which of your chakras are out of balance is key to aligning them. Our bodies are in constant flux between balance and imbalance.

Four Power Techniques in Meditation

1- Breathing Proper breathing is the foundation of good meditation.

2- Guided Relaxation Guided relaxation is done by relaxing one part of your body at a time as well as practicing mindfulness.

3- Clearing the Mind Clearing the mind is much like relaxing the body, and the more relaxed your body is, the easier it will be to clear your mind.

4- Visualization Visualization is considered an advanced meditation technique, but beginners can also start with simple visualizations.
