Get ready for some awesome racket action in the Saudi capital.
The Women’s Tennis Association finals are set to be held in Riyadh. The high-octane tennis matches will feature some of the world’s best female tennis players settling professional scores on the Saudi turf.
Part of a fresh agreement between the WTA and the Saudi Tennis Federation, the finals of the Hologic WTA Tour will take place in Riyadh for the next three years.
What’s more, the winners will walk away with a giant prize pool.
Enough preamble. Here is everything you need to know before the November event.
WTA Finals 2024
The Women’s Tennis Association’s season-ending competition, the WTA Finals, features the top-ranked singles players and doubles teams according to their annual performance. Players are split into two groups for the round-robin singles competition. Each group’s top two players move on to the semifinals, which are followed by the championship match. The doubles have a similar structure.

The 2024 edition will be held at the sprawling King Saud University’s indoor court.

The exciting matches will begin on Saturday, 2 November, and end on Saturday, 9 November.

- 9 Nov: Doubles Final at 4:00 PM, Singles Final at 6:00 PM

WTA Finals activities
All ticket holders will be able to enjoy the interactive games and activities in the bopping fan zone. You will also be able to participate in coaching sessions with professional coaches from the Saudi Tennis Federation. No sporting is complete with a cookout and the gourmet food stalls and refreshments in the fan zone will have you covered.
