Headlined by Naoya Inoue and Alan Picasso, Riyadh will once again welcome the infectious energy of the jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and crosses. What’s more, the stacked undercard for the fight has been revealed.
Set to be held near the end of December this year, the exhilarating announcement came via the official Instagram of the Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority on Thursday, September 18.

We already know that the exciting event will be headlined by Japan’s Naoya Inoue and Mexico’s Alan Picasso.

So here’s the matchup: Naoya Inoue, “The Monster” from Japan, is an absolute beast in the ring. He’s won world titles in four different weight classes and is one of the very few fighters ever to become undisputed in two. The guy hits like a truck too, almost nine out of ten of his wins come by knockout. Facing him is Mexico’s Alan Picasso Romero, a rising star who already grabbed the WBC Silver super-bantamweight belt and made history by becoming the first undisputed champ at super bantamweight.
Kenshiro Teraji v Willibaldo Garcia
This one’s going to be wild. Willibaldo García, the Mexican fighter who just grabbed the IBF junior bantamweight title earlier this year, is set to face Kenshiro Teraji from Japan. Teraji’s no stranger to the spotlight, he’s already a unified flyweight champ and has collected belts in two different divisions, including a long run at light flyweight.
Junto Nakatani v Sebastian Hernandez
On the undercard for The Ring V: The Night of the Samurai, you’ve got Junto Nakatani, the undefeated Japanese champ with belts in three different weight classes and a reputation for serious knockout power. He’s 31-0 with 24 knockouts and now he’s stepping up to super bantamweight for the first time. His opponent is Sebastian Hernandez Reyes from Mexico, another unbeaten fighter at 20-0 with 18 knockouts.
Also on the undercard are Taiga Imanaga and Armando Martinez who will trade punches. Reito Tsutsumi and Leobardo Quintana will go toe-to-toe, while Hayato Tsutsumi will take on James Dickens
