The Red Palace Hotel Riyadh
First announced in 2022, the palace hotel was built by the founder of Saudi Arabia King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud as a residence for his son King Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The building is a construction of cement and iron and was the first headquarters of the Council of Ministers and the Court of Grievances until 1988.
The Red Palace has 16 wings and four open square skylights as well as several balconies overlooking the front and back gardens.

The Public Investment Fund (PIF)-backed-Boutique Group intends to convert old palaces in the Kingdom, such as Riyadh’s The Red Palace, into boutique hotels. The opulent boutique hotel will keep its historic character while adding contemporary features that satisfy global standards.
With a private butler service, the remarkable project includes over 70 keys to 25 luxury guest rooms, 26 deluxe rooms, 44 luxury suites, and one royal suite. In addition, there will be five upscale dining and drinking establishments, seven public event venues, and eight spa rooms devoted to rest.
