The architectural marvel of a city has been touted as a futuristic city that will redefine living.
What’s more, The Line Hidden Marina has been announced as the first phase of the megaproject.
The site is set to host 200,000 residents as well as have retail spaces, fire stations, schools, police and security services.
The fully integrated vertical city will be built in modular 800-meter sections of which the Hidden Marina is just a part.

The Line Hidden Marina 2025
THE LINE was first revealed by His Royal Highness Prime Minister and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in July of 2022. The city is set to function on 100 percent renewable energy, prioritizing the well-being and health of its residents. The megaproject is being constructed in a way to preserve 95 percent of NEOM’s land.
Since then a documentary and multiple progress videos have been released highlighting the innovation of the space.

The Line Hidden Marina 2025 amenities
The 2.5 kilometer development will span 21 million square meters along the western shore of the Kingdom.
The Line’s first section, Hidden Marina, will span three connected modules and reach a height of 500 meters. With 9,000 hotel rooms and 80,000 residential units, the site hopes to house 200,000 people. Retail establishments, fire stations, schools, law enforcement, and security services will also be located on the property.

The ever-impressive and fascinating NEOM has been on everyone’s minds since it was announced. Now, the space has inaugurated its first island, Sindalah Island. The horse-shoe-shaped island in the Red Sea is set to be home to multiple exciting attractions, including an amphitheater, a marina, and a yacht club. Other exciting announcements include Aquellum and LEYJA among others.
