The menu will showcase regional favourites and location-exclusive Samba Rolls that reflect the unique character of each SUSHISAMBA destination. So, instead of hopping on a flight, just head over to the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh and take on a global sushi tour.
Expect signature rolls like:
- Riyadh Samba Roll – Spicy crab, asparagus, beef bacon cream, pistachio crumble
- London Samba Roll – Tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, crispy kataifi, yuzu dressing
- Las Vegas Samba Roll – Crispy rice, o-toro, avocado, chipotle mayo, soy reduction
- Singapore Chili Crab Roll – Crab tempura, cucumber, yuzu mayo, sweet chili sauce
