Saudi National Day 2025 is coming. The 95th celebration is one of the most anticipated days of the calendar and was once the only non-religious public holiday observed in the Kingdom.

That’s right, the Saudi National Day 2025 holiday has just been confirmed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Falling on a Tuesday this year, the national day celebrations have been amped up with many sales, F&B offers, concerts, airshows, and more.
Each year, the day has its own theme along with a unique identity and 2025 is no different. You will be commemorating the green and white celebrations under the theme of, “Pride in our nature”.
The theme and visual identity were announced via the Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, His Excellency Turki Alalshikh’s X, formerly Twitter, on Monday, August 3.
The announcement has kicked-off Kingdom-wide preparations for the occasion.

Saudi National Day 2025
Saudi National Day, celebrated every September, marks the historic unification of the Kingdom in 1932 by King Abdulaziz. Introduced in 1965 by King Faisal to replace Royal Seating Day (but keep its original year count), it officially became a public holiday in 2005 thanks to King Abdullah. Today, it’s one of just three non-religious holidays in Saudi Arabia, alongside Founding Day and Flag Day, and a proud celebration of national unity and heritage.

According to Aargam and the Saudi Press Agency, along with Gulf News, HRSD have confirmed that there will a holiday for all private and public sectors including Tadawal, the Saudi exchange on Tuesday, September 23.
