Mark your calendars: Eid Al Fitr holidays have been announced

Its just around the corner now.

Ramadan 2025 has been in full swing with the Saudi capital glowing and glittering with excitement.

Bazaars, tents, and special desserts galore, Riyadh has been celebrating the holy month from day one. The streets are packed with revelers and everything is open until at least 3am.

Don’t stop the celebrations just yet because two and a half weeks into Ramadan and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced the Eid Al Fitr holidays dates.

Prepare to have a whopping four days off!

That’s right, all public and private sectors employees will be able to enjoy almost an entire week off.

So, pack your bags and get ready to take off during your Eid holidays. Here is everything you need to know.

Eid Al Fitr is one of the two religious holidays observed by Muslims. The festival marks the end of Ramadan and is celebrated in style with good outfits and great food. Often referred to as the Muslim Met Gala on social media, the three-day festival brings firerworks, drone shows, concerts and more to Saudi.

Prepare to finish all of your pending tasks by Saturday, March 29, the 29th Ramadan, because from Sunday, March 30 to Wednesday, April 2 everyone and their pets will be celebrating Eid.
