The Red Sea International Film Festival is set to begin later this week and the sea salt Jeddah air is charged with excitement.
The all-things-film celebrations will see some of the biggest names in cinema grace Al Balad as their art is screened at the festival’s theatres.
Keeping up with tradition, RSIFF 2025 in-conversation is back.
What’s more, we even know the stars who will be speaking at the event and spoiler alert, the line-up is kind of crazy (in a good way).

“In Conversation” at the Red Sea Film Festival is a special series of talks that brings audiences face to face with some of the biggest names in cinema. These sessions offer a rare chance to hear directly from filmmakers and stars as they reflect on their paths, passions, and the moments that shaped their work.
The lineup has featured global icons including Catherine Zeta-Jones, Michelle Yeoh, Ranbir Kapoor, and Spike Lee. With voices like these sharing their experiences, “In Conversation” has become one of the festival’s most anticipated and enriching programs.

The in-conversation segment of the festival will be held at Souk Forum Room 1, the Culture Square Auditorium,, Culture Square Cinema 1, and Culture Square Cinema 3.

So far, the Red Sea Film Festival Instagram account has confirmed that the talks will begin from opening night, Thursday, December 4 and go on until Wednesday, December 10 at least.

Red Sea International Film Festival 2025
In addition to the talks, you will also be able to catch a glimpse of Saudi football legend, Mohammed Noor as he attends the screening of his biopic, Noor. Bollywood superstar Rekha will also be present at the festival for the international premiere of her recently restored hit film Umrao Jaan. The Voice of Hind Rajab will receive its first-ever Saudi premiere at the festival as well.
