ROSHN Group has officially broken ground on its first fully integrated residential community in the Eastern Province, ALDANAH. This major development marks a key milestone for ROSHN Group as it expands its footprint to Dhahran, offering a new standard of modern, community-focused living. ALDANAH will deliver more than 2,000 homes and multiple different services designed to enrich the lives of its future residents.
A Major Step Forward for ROSHN Group in 2025
The ceremony took place under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region, and in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province. Senior leaders from both the public and private sectors attended, along with ROSHN Group’s leadership team, who gave guests a preview of the show villas and sales center.
Strategic Location Near Key Landmarks
ALDANAH is located in Dhahran, one of the most prominent cities in the Eastern Province. The site is close to major landmarks including the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and the area’s main business districts. This prime location ensures residents have easy access to education, culture, and commerce.
ROSHN Group has chosen this site to meet the rising demand for high-quality housing and integrated communities in Greater Dammam. By bringing its successful model to Dhahran, the company continues its efforts to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.

The 1.7 million square meter ALDANAH community will include more than 2,000 residential units, offering a range of housing types such as duplexes, standard villas, and five-bedroom premium villas. ROSHN Group has developed nine different floor plans and two unique façade styles to give residents options that suit their preferences and lifestyle needs
A large section of the development, approximately 145,000 square meters, will be devoted to green spaces.
